KeffordI enjoy working in an orthodontic office for most of the same reasons as the rest of the staff, it is very fun and rewarding to see the positive changes that take place with our patients. At Peterson Orthodontics it is top priority to make sure our patient’s needs are met and that they are happy and satisfied! This makes it a very comfortable environment to work in. I have been working in the Healthcare field for almost 25 years and have enjoyed helping people in whatever ways I can. Most of my experience is on the administrative and lab side of things but every once in awhile they let me out of the back room to interact with the patients. I decided to be a part of Peterson Orthodontics after talking with Kelsey while he was still in school. At the time I had a business in the optical field and had the great opportunity to make the change. I live in Meridian with my wife Elizabeth and our 4 kids: Kenedy, Ryker, Avynlea, and Rylee. We love this area and the people that live in it. Because Kelsey and I are brothers, I too grew up on a farm in Nyssa, Oregon where I learned to love the outdoors. I attended Ricks College, went on a LDS mission to the far away land of Ohio, and then went to Boise State University, which brought us to this area.

MeaganI love working at Peterson Orthodontics and interacting with our patients. I feel good working here because we really do put our patients first and the staff have become my good friends. My primary responsibility is billing and insurance but I’m happy to lend a hand elsewhere as needed. I have a degree in Pre-Dental Hygiene from BYU Idaho and worked for a few years as a dental assistant. When my children were born I took several years off to focus solely on my family. With my children all in school now, I couldn’t pass on the opportunity to work with the Petersons. My husband Michael and I have been very happily married now for over 20 years and have four children: Kade, Peyton, Gavin and Isabel. We love spending time and playing together. We enjoy sports and many outdoor recreation activities, our primary hobbies are ATVs, motorbikes, camping, snow skiing, white water rafting, and swimming.

SusanI am so excited that I was invited to join the Peterson Orthodontics team and become a member of their work family. They treat everyone that enters their doors with kindness and respect and I’m grateful to work in such a positive environment. My main responsibilities are greeting our patients, answering phones, setting appointments, and making the contracts. I love working with the public and making new friends every day. I received an Associate of Arts degree in Music with an emphasis in piano from Ricks College. Music has always played an important part in my life and I enjoy sharing that love with my piano students. I also served a mission for the LDS church in the Chile, Osorno mission, which is the very Southern end of Chile. My husband, Val and I have been happily married for more than 33 years. We moved to Emmett in 2007 with our four children, Kelsey, Dillon, Taylor & Sarah. We are grateful to now have 7 children, since 3 of our 4 kids are married, and 3 grandsons and 4 granddaughters with another one on the way. I worked for the Emmett School District for 12 years, but when I was approached about possibly making a career change and coming to Peterson Orthodontics, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. I love spending time with my family, playing the piano, reading, cross-stitching and gardening.
